The project intends to transform participating Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) into universities of significantly increased entrepreneurial and innovation capacity and enhance their impact on surrounding ecosystem. This will be achieved by 6 dedicated actions boosting innovativeness and entrepreneurial skills, as well as preparing adaptation plans ans transferring best practises with and between more experienced HEIs.
